Raspberries!

mmmm.... YUMMY!

My family was in town for a quick visit today and they brought their dog, Tinker. GG fell in love and we talked her into trying to say "doggie". She said it plain as day a couple of times and then she was also making smacking noises to call the dog. It was so cute. I think that makes it official. Me, Jack, and GG said some form of "doggie" as our first word. But before all that, I grabbed some RASPBERRIES!!

GG's First Wedding

What a little show stopper! The life of the party at Linda and Marcos' wedding. GG did so great during the ceremony and was such the social butterfly during the reception. She had her first dollar dance with the groom, which was really a cute moment, but I missed that shot— however, I did get these with her Daddy, so adorable!

Big Girl at 9 months

She's 9 months old! And since GG's such a big girl now, I decided it was high time we painted our piggies.

She's doing so much this week! She started clapping her hands, pushing up into the crawling position and into sitting position, and most nights this week she only woke for one feeding. Yay! GG's discovering and exploring her voice right now, too- quite a treat : )

We really enjoy spending time with her, she's so sweet and affectionate.

Happy "birthday", little girl!

Mother's Day Tea

My dear friend, Kellee, invited us to a Mother's Day Tea with the ladies at the facility where her father resides. We wore hats and brought one for our "adopted" mother/grandmother. GG of course, was the hit of the event. She's so friendly and sweet and was just so much fun for all the residents. It was great fun seeing their faces light up while they interacted with her, I think I enjoyed it as much as they did!
